PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOROF GEORGIA, DURING THE PANDEMIC

Summary

During the pandemic in Georgia, despite the least restrictions of the construction work, nevertheless, a number of serious problems arose that should be taken into account in the future. This is connected with the mobilization and movement of labor, ensuring the strengthening of incomplete structures at a sudden stoppage of construction and, most importantly, include in all contractual conditions the possibility of extending the construction completion period during a pandemic.
